Ancon Staifix Timber Frame Cavity Wall Tie 100mm L

The Ancon Staifix Timber Frame Cavity Wall Tie 100mm L Chrome is a cranked cavity wall tie for use in the construction of timber-framed buildings. It is ideal to fix brickwork or blockwork to timber-framed structures up to 4 storeys in height. The tie is cranked to simplify correct installation and to prevent moisture from crossing the cavity. It is supplied complete with an annular ring shank nail which provides friction to help prevent the nail from backing out over time. The timber frame tie is manufactured from stainless steel which provides strength and hardness to the product and thereby providing corrosion resistance. It can be used with the red Staifix Universal Clip where insulation has to be retained in the cavity.
