Twyford Option WC Pan

Product Fault

We have been notified by supplier Geberit of a fault affecting their Twyford Option WC Pan. The supplier has identified that a number of these products may be affected by a small crack on the Left Hand Side seat hole. Due to the nature of this defect, affected units will leak upon flushing and should not be installed. If you have purchased this unit in the recent past, we would strongly recommend that you immediately check the item to identify if the product you have purchased is affected by this issue. This can be done by checking the manufacturing location of the product.

Calor product recall

Calor – 4.5h=kg Butane Gas Cylinder

We have been notified of a product issue regarding some Calor 4.5kg butane gas cylinders.

We would strongly advise customers who have one of these cylinders, to check the cylinder, and locate the Tare disc located on the neck of the cylinder. This disc has an imprinted ‘Next Test’ code (two letters followed by two numbers). STIHL product recall

STIHL recalls a limited production range of cut-off machines

STIHL has learned that a limited number of TS 410 and TS 420 cut-off machines in the below noted serial number range were assembled with the flywheel-to-crankshaft connection over-tightened. Overtightening of this connection may damage the flywheel, which could cause the flywheel to fail and break apart while the engine is running. 

A failure during the operation of the machine would pose a projectile hazard to the user or a bystander. A damaged flywheel is not apparent from a visual inspection.

Affected serial number range: 189442634 – 190001700

If you own a cut-off machine TS 410 or TS 420 in the given serial number range, 
please discontinue using the machine immediately. Contact your local STIHL dealer, including any Jewson branch, for a flywheel replacement. This repair is free of charge for you.
