Made up of low volatile organic compounds which has high vapour pressure at ordinary room temperature. Suitable for use on plaster, masonry and wood. Quick-drying dual-purpose primer undercoat suitable for interior use. Easy to wipe, the product is thinned with water and applied by brush, roller or spray.
