Everbuild Everflex 175 Universal Acrylic Sealant is an acrylic Sealant, suitable for internal and external use that provides a permanently flexible long lasting seal that adheres to virtually all materials. Contains anti-fungal agent to prevent mould growth in areas of high humidity, and can be overpainted.

- Remains permanently flexible, is mould resistant and can be overpainted if required
- Suitable for sealing around timber and metal window and door frames, cracks and gaps in brickwork, stone and concrete, baths and basins and can also be used to fill cracks and gaps prior to decorating.
- Also suitable for use as a adhesive for bonding polystyrene coving and tiles and also bonding cork tiles and wood block flooring
