Isover Cavity Wall Slab 36 1.2m x 455 x 85mm Pack of 12

The Isover Cavity Wall Slab (CWS) 36 1.2m x 455 x 85mm (L x W x T) Natural Pack of 12 is a BBA certified glass mineral wool slab providing thermal performance in external masonry cavity walls. Manufactured with a water repellent binder, the strong, resilient and flexible slabs are 455mm wide to fit between standard wall tie spacings. Made from glass mineral wool which is designed to fit between standard stud spacing, the slabs are manufactured from molten glass that goes through a rotary spinning process to produce fibres. These fibres are treated with a resin and formed into a continuous mat to a required thickness. The mat is then passed into an oven to cure, cut to the required dimensions, and has a declared thermal conductivity of 0.034 W/mK. This helps to reduce heat loss within the building envelope and decrease energy costs.
