Jewson Worktop Bolt (Single)
SKU: WSWT0107
There are a number of joins that can be used to connect kitchen worktop lengths, but it is important that they are secured appropriately to prevent movement. Our Worktop Bolt will join two mitred worktops together and can be used with laminate worktops, solid wood surfaces and solid compact laminate worktops for butt joints or mason's mitre joints. To secure your kitchen surfaces together, you will need to router 'dog bones' (to provide space for the bolts) into the underside of the worktops to be connected - we would recommend using a worktop jig to ensure this is done accurately. When your worktops are lined up, the worktop connector bolt can be put into position. The bolt will be held in place by the wings on the nuts at either end, ensuring the bolt can be screwed into position using a spanner. Our worktop bolts measure 150mm in length and are zinc plated to prevent corrosion. Manufactured in the UK, these bolts are exceptional quality and will provide a strong and durable fix when installed correctly. Three bolts will be required to secure each worktop join.
