The Macdee Polythene Blue Ball Float with plastic thread 114mm (4.5") in diameter, is designed to control in-flow of cold water in a cistern. It is manufactured with brass insert of 5/16ths BS female thread for enhanced efficiency. The superfloat is suitable for all types of standard side inlet and bottom ball valves. It helps to reach the pipe's level to prevent overflow in the cistern. The insert also closes the valve automatically.
