The Simpson Strong-Tie 51 x 102 x 1mm (W x L x T) Mending Plate Chrome can be used for reinforcing joints in a wide range of connections. The pre-galvanised 20-gauge steel material makes it suitable for light and heavy duty repair applications. The highly versatile mending plate can be used for wood-to-wood connections and can be installed without the use of nails. The plate can be hammered onto the face of timber for the prongs to get attached to the wood surface.
