The Union 21EU StrongBOLT Euro Profile Deadlock is a secure locking solution for timber, steel, and composite doors up to 54mm thick. Its 14mm deadbolt is locked or unlocked by the key from either side, providing a secure positive deadlocking. The deadlock has hardened steel pins that resist sawing attacks, and the chamfered bolt design increases its performance under side load testing. The lock's radius plastic splinter guard allows for easy installation, and it can be installed into many UK mortices without additional carpentry. The case is made of steel and the forend of brass. With different notches and levers, the lock is very difficult to pick, ensuring maximum security.
