This double white-painted roof balcony made from high quality natural pine, will in seconds, transform a roof window into a balcony. For an energy efficient solution, the balcony features triple glazing that has a toughened outer with an inner pane that is laminated to provide additional safety. To increase the view and daylight, it can be easily combined with the fixed slope windows and top hung. The top hung section unfolds into a 45-degree glazed balcony with side railings. It can also be rotated to 180 degrees making cleaning easier.
