Terms and conditions

1. The Promoter of this weekly prize draw is Jewson (a trading name of Saint-Gobain Building Distribution Limited. Saint-Gobain House, East Leake, Loughborough, Leicestershire. LE12 6JU (the “Promoter”).  
2. This Promotion is only open to existing Jewson Trade Account and Jewson Trade Cash Card Account (the “Accounts”) holders (the “Participants” and each a “Participant”) who have linked their account with an online registration. The Accounts do not include trade accounts or trade cash card accounts of other brands of the Promoter or Saint-Gobain Building Distribution Limited.  Participants must be aged 18 or over excluding employees of the Promoter (or any other company within the Saint-Gobain group) (an “Employee”), an Employee’s immediate family, their agents or anyone else professionally connected with this Promotion.  Any Account holders who have their own Jewson account manager may not participate within this Promotion and will not be included within the definition of Participants.  If there is any uncertainty as to who may be a Participant, please contact the Jewson Marketing Department on 02476 438400 whose decision shall be final and binding.
3. The Promotor will be conducting a prize draw, each week to take place on the Friday of each week throughout the Promotional Period (“Weekly Draw”).
4. To enter this Promotion a Participant must link their offline account with a web registration on jewson.co.uk. After linking their account, the Participant will automatically be awarded one entry to a Weekly Draw for a chance to win the allocated prize on offer for that particular Weekly Draw (each a “Prize” and together “Prizes”).   The Prize available will change for each Weekly Draw and will be published on the jewson.co.uk website on the Tuesday prior to each Weekly Draw. All Participants that meet the criteria specified above will be entered into the Weekly Draw. A winner will be selected at random each Friday at 4pm by an independent adjudicator. Only one Prize, per Participant can be won throughout the Promotion Period.
5. This Promotion will run from 9:00am 5th October 2020 until 5:00pm on the 20th November 2020 (the “Promotion Period”). The Promoter reserves the right to extend the Promotion Period.  Any Prize received during the Promotion Period is for the benefit of the Account holder.  A suitable time, date and delivery method for the Prize will be agreed with the Participant. The Participant will be required to collect the Prize in person bringing suitable ID to a local branch as directed by the Promoter. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for failure to deliver as a result of industrial action or other circumstances beyond its control. 
6. A suitable time, date and delivery method for the Prize will be agreed with the Winner. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for failure to deliver as a result of industrial action or other circumstances beyond its control. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Winning Prize with a prize of equivalent value. Accepting the Prize may give rise to a tax liability which will be the Winner's responsibility.
7. The Prize is not transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative is available.
8. Separate terms and conditions may apply to the Prize and it is the winner’s responsibility to ensure that these terms are adhered to. 
9. It is the Winner's responsibility to ensure the contact details supplied are correct and up to date. If the Promoter cannot contact the Winner, or the Winner does not provide their address details or other information required under these Terms within 14 days of contact by the Promoter, or provides incorrect address details, then the Promoter reserves the right to forfeit the Prize.  
10. At the time of entering the Participant is responsible for providing a valid registered email within the UK. In order to claim the Prize, an sms and or email will be sent to the Participant.
11. The Participant agrees to the use of their name, photograph and disclosure of county of residence and will co-operate with any other reasonable requests by the Promoter relating to any post-winning publicity
12. Unless we are prevented from doing so by applicable legislation and/or the UK Cap Code, the name of the winners will be available by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the Promoter at Saint-Gobain House, East Leake, Loughborough, Leicestershire. LE12 6JU
13. Any personal data submitted by a Participant will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and the Promoter’s privacy policy at www.saint-gobain.co.uk/privacy-policy/.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose this competition without prior notice in the event that unforeseen circumstances make this unavoidable. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any Participant /or select an alternative winner in the event the Promoter believes that any Participant has contravened any of these terms and conditions. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. 
15. The Prize is subject to availability.  In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative Prize of equal or greater value.
16. These terms and conditions are subject to English law and the English courts have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of any dispute.
