The Simpson Strong-Tie Light Twisted Restraint Strap which measures 1000 x 100 x 2.5mm (L x W x T) is made from pre-galvanised steel. The material is known for its formability and resistance to corrosion hence austenitic steels are the most widely used grade of stainless steel. The Light restraint straps are designed for vertical loads such as wall plates on top of masonry walls.
